Our Land-care Services division offers you something that few of our competitors can. Not only are our fieldworkers and bush regenerators highly qualified, skilled and experienced, but they are directly supported by leading bushfire and environmental consultants and the resources of a larger company.
Land-care Services, the field division of BES, carries out work in a wide a range of areas, including vegetation management, bush regeneration, weed control, industrial rope access, bushfire hazard reduction and visitor facility construction.
Being able to tap into the environmental and bushfire divisions of BES provides us with a range of knowledge and expertise that is not available to other consultants and contractors. This means we can always find innovative solutions to problems. We can prepare a plan or implement someone else's. Either way, you can be assured it will be carried out by our Land-care Services team to the letter. While others can sometimes overlook important but subtle design elements, we are rigorous in our process as well as being cost-effective.
Our team is trained and qualified to tackle environmental problems in the most difficult of places. You can be confident when we do this type of work, that our staff adhere to stringent OH&S practices and that we are fully insured to protect both you and ourselves.
We have completed projects in many environmentally sensitive areas and put in place risk minimisation measures to protect soils, threatened species, native vegetation, and cultural and historical sites. Our many pioneering techniques that limit damage to the environment and especially to non-target species are widely sought after.
We also offer follow-up services to augment and monitor our works, and we provide reports with recommendations to ensure that your project functions effectively in the long-term. Many of our existing clients such as the DEC (formerly NPWS) and Shoalhaven City Council value and use these follow-up services regularly.
